The features of the Genesis S-320 that makes it ideal for grillers are its three seamless stainless steel burners that use the Crossover ignition system. Its cooking system has been rated at 42,000 BTUs. Also, its cooking grates are made from stainless steel rods measures 7mm in diameter and the stainless steel Flavorizer bars. Other attraction with this gas grill is its 12,000 BTU (per-hour) input flush-mount side burner.
In terms of the Weber Genesis S-320 Propane Gas grill’s structure, it has an enclosed cart. Doors and handles are made from stainless steel, side and rear panels are in accent-colored paint, same with its entire grill. Its cover is made from stainless steel placed with a center-mounted thermometer and an accent-colored painted, cast aluminum end caps. Used this model at a friends and knew it was what I wanted, but you never know until you own it and use it a while. I REALLY like this grill ! Bought it in a box. Packaging is very well designed; not a hint of a shipping scratch or ding. Assembly instructions diagrams make it a piece of cake. The grill still gleams after 6 months; we keep it covered. It is solidly built and operates just as you would want. Lots of places to hang cooking tools. No problems; none! The knobs on the side are a PRO as far as I’m concerned … they stay cool, are easy to see and use. The grill cooks on mid & low heat better than any I’ve ever owned. This is a nice feature as brats should be cooked on a low heat so they don’t split
